Half the reviews on this page use that word without being prompted. I did not write a single one of these. My clients did, and they are here word for word, typos and all.
Where these came from
Every review below is a real client, copied exactly as they wrote it. Nothing is edited, shortened or cleaned up. They come from Google and Zillow. One number worth keeping straight: the Living in Idaho team I lead has earned over 500 five-star reviews across all platforms, and that is the team total, not mine alone. The ones on this page are the clients who worked with me directly, and you can go read the Google set yourself rather than take my word for it.
I have grouped them by what they actually tell you, because “he was great” is true and it is also useless when you are trying to pick somebody.
On the honesty thing
This is the one I care most about, and it is the reason I will talk somebody out of a house.

Garrett went way beyond our expectations in the process of us buying a home. This was our first home and he was extremely helpful in informing us about the process and what to expect. He was honest about the pros and cons of each house. He wasn’t there to persuade us one way or the other but rather to give us all the details he knew and observed about the home and let us go from there. Would absolutely recommend Garrett.
